If you love historic homes, I have something to offer you...
I specialize in historic homes in downtown Greenville, SC. I love the character and charm of older homes, and I have the expertise to provide professional guidance to buyers and sellers dealing with older homes. I have worked in the Historic Overbrook area in Greenville, SC since 1987. I started a crime watch prevention organization in Overbrook in 1994. As an investor, my husband and I purchase homes in Overbrook to renovate and fill with property owners who care for these homes. I worked with the City of Greenville for two years to have Overbrook declared an historic district. We received our historic overlay designation in 1997. I have a passion for this community, and it is my life long goal to see each home renovated and well cared for. I have taken an area that no one believed in and rejuvenated it through leadership of neighbors in the community, through investing in homes that many said should be torn down, and through hard work. I have worked in real estate since 1992 and have sold more homes in the Overbrook area during that time than any REALTOR® in Greenville.

One of the advantages that I can offer my clients is that my husband and I own an AirBnb near downtown Greenville.  This is a charming 2 BR 2 BA rock cottage built in 1937.  It has all of the vintage charm and modern conveniences, and feels like you are in the middle of the country.  It is minutes from downtown Travelers Rest and minutes from downtown Greenville.  It is completely furnished.  We offer this to my clients for 2000/mo and are very flexible with timing.  Many times clients don't know exactly how long they need a temporary home until they have found the right home and closed on it.

I have had the honor of representing many happy buyers and sellers.  For example, Chris says:

Gina helped us (almost simultaneously) sell our existing home and buy a new home.  We had a gap of about 4 weeks.  This would not have been possible without Gina.  She created the plan we needed to take and we followed all of her advice regarding what to do to prepare our home for the market.  I will admit, I was worried about the pricing and time on the market...but Gina did her homework and we listed and went under contract within 2 days.  Every time we came to a decision point, she was there to guide us.  If we needed a painter, she had one.  If we needed a contractor, she had one.  Everything flowed quickly and smoothly.
