I love the character and charm of older homes, and I have the expertise to provide professional guidance to buyers and sellers dealing with older homes. I have worked in the Historic Overbrook area in Greenville, SC since 1987. I started a crime watch prevention organization in Overbrook in 1994. As an investor, my husband and I purchase homes in Overbrook to renovate and fill with property owners who care for these homes. I worked with the City of Greenville for two years to have Overbrook declared an historic district. We received our historic overlay designation in 1997. I have a passion for this community, and it is my life long goal to see each home renovated and well cared for. I have taken an area that no one believed in and rejuvenated it through leadership of neighbors in the community, through investing in homes that many said should be torn down, and through hard work.
